All orders will be confirmed with an estimated ship date.  Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow its progress.  We will always ship your order complete.

In Store Pick Up

If you live locally, we have an in store pick up option for your convenience.  Simply select Pick Up in Store as your shipping option and shipping will not be charged.  We will package your items and hold them for you at Heirloom Linens.

Shipping Within Canada

All orders are shipped via the least expensive carrier and could be Canada Post or Courier.  Once items are ordered and arrive in our store, delivery will usually be 2-7 business days, depending on your location in Canada.  Shipping is calculated based on your order subtotal (before tax), as follows:

$75.00 and Up = Free Shipping
$0 to $74.99 = $10 Shipping

Shipping to the United States
The simplest and most economical shipping option for US delivery is usually via Canada Post/ US Mail Service/ Courier.  Once all ordered items are in stock, delivery will normally be 4-9 business days, depending on your location.  Orders may take longer if they get held in customs.  Shipping is calculated based on your order total, as follows:

$100 and Up = Free Shipping

$0-$99.99 = $15 Shipping

Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices.  The carriers will charge the recipient all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery.  Duties and taxes are assessed by the local government based on the destination.  For more information about duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package.
